Respect for Human Rights and Fair Labour Practice Policy

The Company realizes the importance in respecting the human rights with impartiality and equality, by considering the human’s dignity, freedom and not discriminate with regard to race, nationality, origin, skin color, sex, language, religion, culture, class, gender, age, disability, marital status, physical and health status, personal status, economic or social status social beliefs, education, training or political opinions and other means according to the principle of the international human rights law, in which the policy must be strictly followed.

Guidelines

  • The Company provides equivalent opportunity, for the Directors, Executives and all employees, to work under the lawful rules, regulations, announcements, practices and orders of the Company.
  • Focus on labor, by fair practicing to employees in compliance with labor laws and related regulations.
  • Equal practice in all employment processes, since recruiting, remuneration, working hours and holidays, assignment, performance evaluation, training & development, career path, and others without discrimination.
  • No act, in any way, violate or harass, either verbally or physically to any individuals, no discrimination or exclusion of anyone.
  • Encourage everyone to be aware of their rights, duties and responsibilities towards other individuals and society.
  • No employment of forced labor or unlawful child labor, as well as no employment of child labor under the age of 18 and labor laws are strictly observed.
  • No punishments of intimidation or any form of violence against the body or mind of all personnel.
  • Employee satisfaction assessment and /or engagement at least 2 years/time for co-learning and development and /or adjustment according to the appropriateness of such situation.
  • Distributing the benefits and incentives appropriate to the skills, equally and fairly.
  • Provide a good workplace atmosphere, including preparing the necessary equipment to prevent accidents from work.
  • Support and encourage the staffs to constantly train both inside & outside of the organization and overseas training in order to develop new techniques and improve professional proficiency which will increase the work quality and efficiency to the organization including the adequacy of customers’ services in all process as well.
  • Provide safety equipment and system according to the rules and regulations for the employees, customers and the communities in order to prevent accidents from operating which may affect the lives, properties, environment and the reputation of the customers.
  • Encourage the staffs to apply their skills in research and development to invent equipment, tools or new innovations which are practical, international standardized for the cost effectiveness of the organization and the customers.
  • Provide the recreation area for the staffs to relax or exercise, for example table-tennis tables, soccer pitches, pentaquin courts and courtyard for activities / parties on various occasions etc.
  • Allow the staffs to complain or suggest any topics concerning the business operations via channels such as Comment Box / E-Mail / postal / Human Resource Department / Company’s questionnaires without revealing the identities of the complainant.
