Policy of Employees and Practice to Other Employees

The Company encourages and supports employees to behave strictly in compliance with ethics, morals, morals, code of conduct. In addition, being a good role model for others, treating to colleagues politely, courteously, having good human relations, supporting each other, and co-developing for the progress and best interest of the Company shall be done.

Guidelines

  • Employees shall perform their duties with attention, honesty, transparent, and reliable.
  • Employees shall behave ethically and comply with the code of business conduct, with regard to the safety of employees and colleagues.
  • Employees shall behave with respect for the rights and duties of their colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
  • Employees shall be discipline and behave in compliance with the organization's regulations and traditions, whether specified in written or not.
  • Supervisors shall behave respectable, including being a good role model for employees.  Employees shall not do any action which does not respect the supervisors.
  • Employees shall cooperate and maintain a harmonious and unity atmosphere, avoid any action which may affect the reputation and image of the Company, or maybe any problem with the Company later.
  • Avoid disclosing information about other employees, both in the matters relating to operations and personal, or comment resulting in the damage to the employees or overall image of the Company.
