Human Resources Development Policy

The Company encourages and supports training for employees at all levels to be trained in various fields as their responsibilities consistently, including training in the Company's main professional fields, which are services providing to customers in accordance with the standard criteria of “The American Society of Non-destructive Testing (ASNT)” and other International Organizations. Training in various types of work safety courses and other related are as well. Moreover, the local and foreign experts are invited to train the technicians and engineers for more knowledges constantly.

Guidelines

  • The training center was built to support the employees’ training, both the theory and practical, for more efficiency and in accordance with the International standards practices.
  • The Company has invited specialists both local and international to strengthen the knowledge on various aspects for the employees in all levels.
  • The Company has provided opportunities for employees’ external training, both local and foreign organizations which should be standardized and international acceptance. These training were for developing the efficiency and expertise to keep pace with the development and rapid change of technologies and were to respond the customers’ more requirements.
  • There are examinations to issue certificates for the personnel who pass the specified criteria, in accordance with the regulations of the international organization, both internal training at the Company's training center and the branch.
  • Coordinate with the partner in other organizations, having modern technologies, both local and international. These are for employees'   opportunities to study new techniques with more knowledge and expertise in the work field, keep up with technologies that are developing and changing rapidly.
  • Focus on personnel development of the organization to be knowledgeable. expertise, having skills and ability to perform duties according to the Job Description (JD) and related standards completely, in order to respond the customers’ requirements.
  • Develop personnel of the organization in various skills in line with the Company's annual training plan, Training Matrix -TM or other related specific topics, which results in the performance of both their own functions, departments, and organizations to be successful, reduce mistakes and become more efficient.
  • Create opportunity and promote the potential employees with a good contribution, knowledgeable, and acceptable in change may be considered and selected or assigned to be growth in a higher position.
  • Motivate employees who are intended to develop their potential to become better and valuable to the organization.
